The offer stated: "Setting it up is easy. Just follow these three steps: 1. Call xxx by 4/15/2007 to activate the offer. 2. Contact the billing department of your telephone, internet or cable service provider. 3. Request that your bill be paid each month with your Citi Dividend Card." Citi bank is refusing to credit us the 15 dividend dollars, saying that the 3 payments had to be made within exactly 3 months from the date of activation. Not only does it not state this on the offer, but that is next to impossible to meet. Citi bank is in trouble with this one if they don't change their tune.
