Navy Federal Credit Union Credit Cards – For a limited-time, through July 31, 2011, all Navy Federal Credit Union credit cards are eligible for an intro 0% APR on balance transfers for 12 months with no balance transfer fees. This deal, unfortunately, is not available to everyone, as you’ll need to be affiliated with the Department of Defense in some way in order to join the credit union.

0% for 6 Months with No Balance Transfer Fees

0% for 6-12 Months with a Capped Balance Transfer Fee

  • optionsXpress Visa – Offers 0% on both balance transfers and purchases for 12 months with a 3% balance transfer fee ($5 min, $75 max)
  • The Linux Fund Visa Signature Card – Also offers 0% on balance transfers and purchases for 12 months with a 3% balance transfer fee ($5 min, $75 max)
  • BB&T Visa Platinum Credit Card – 0% on balance transfers and purchases for 12 months with a 3% balance transfer fee ($10 min, $99 max)
  • Priceline Rewards Visa Card – 0% on balance transfers for 9 months with a 3% balance transfer fee ($10 min, $50 max) during those first 9 months
  • HSBC MasterCard BusinessCard – A business credit card that offers 0% on both purchases and balance transfers for 6 months ($5 min, $50 max)

Long-Term Balance Transfer Credit Cards

In addition to the offers above, you may also want to contact your current credit card company. If you’re lucky, your issuer may target you for a special balance transfer offer not available to the general public that’s just as good or better than the ones listed above.
