Discover More Card: 0% for 12 Months with No Balance Transfer FeesDiscover has brought back another no balance transfer fee offer. Under this latest promo, you’ll get an intro 0% APR on both purchases and balance transfers for 12 months. In addition, there will be no balance transfer fee on transfers that post to your account by August 10, 2012. Any transfers that post afterw August 10, 2012 will incur the standard 3% fee.
