Can I still get the zero percent (for balance transfers) for 18 months ?

Unfortunately this offer is no longer available. One alternative that you might consider is an Advanta business card which offers 0% on balance transfers for 15 months. Afterwards, it offers a fixed 7.99% APR on both balance transfers and purchases.
