According to the terms of the offer, the estimated shipping time is 6-10 weeks after credit card activation. Their website also has a link where you can check the status: http://www.mygpsoffer.com/support/new.

I got the Discover Card Nuvi deal and a few weeks later I was notified by email that I qualified for the free offer, then emailed last week the USPS tracking info on the package from Amazon.Com, and then two days ago got my nuvi! Works great and it is a great deal! Just be patient.

Applied for the Discover card, was approved; as per the terms of the agreement, used the card for a purchase and received the Garmin Nuvi via UPS in, I think, less than 3 wks. Easy to use, works great and I LOVE IT. No more getting lost.
