		<description>Debt negotiation definitly seems to be growing as a realistic strategy for consumers suffering with unsecured debt.  For the past several years I have been watching the debt settlement quite closely and it is quite difficult to to define what is delivered for the investment in debt settlement.  I know there are a great number or debt settlement companies available in the market that deliver superb services and the debt cusotmers honestly get great benefit, but I have also seen there are a number of debt settlement companies in the market that are only focused on collecting new customer fees and bringing in new members.  No doubt this is why there obviosly is all this new fed regulation surrounding the debt settlement industry.  My brother in law used a debt consolidation operation and was very extremely content with the overall outcome.</description>
