New SPG Business Amex Offer

According to a couple of posters here and here on FT, there is a new Starwood Preferred Guest Business credit card offer that they received via e-mail that mirrors the offer for the personal card:

10,000 Starpoints with your first purchase.
15,000 Starpoints when you spend $15,000 in 6 months.

The business card offer is supposed to be located at this link. However, when I visit the link, I only see the standard 10,000 Starpoint offer.

If this were offer were to be available, it would be hot, but since I cannot validate it, consider it a YMMV deal.
