American Express, as usual, is currently running a number of regional deals for existing cardmembers. Read on for a quick rundown.

Promo: Summer in DC
Valid in: Washington, DC
Details: Register any eligible American Express® Card at amexnetwork.com/dcfreedom and receive a $30 statement credit when you spend a total of $150 at 3 or more different participating locations in Washington, DC from July 1 – July 31, 2012.

Promo: Shop Small
Valid in: Boston, Chicago or Philadelphia
Details: Similar to its Small Business Saturday campaign, this promo seeks to support small businesses.

To participate, register your American Express card via Facebook, Twitter, foursquare or online at www.shopsmallnow.com and receive a one-time $10 statement credit the first time you use that Card to spend $10 or more at a small business in the Boston, Chicago or Philadelphia metro areas between June 21st and July 4th, 2012.

If this promotion is similar to those that Amex has offered in the past, even cardmembers outside of these areas could potentially take advantage of this offer by ordering online at a small business that is located in one of those cities. YMMV.

Promo: Delta/Amex Spend $150, Get $50
Valid in: New York area
Details: Register and receive a $50 gift card when you spend $150 or more on a qualifying Delta ticket from any New York area airport.

To participate, register any eligible American Express® Card in your name at amexnetwork.com/spend150get50 by July 31, 2012 and enter your Delta SkyMiles® number. Next, book and pay for a qualifying flight at delta.com between June 1, 2012 and July 31, 2012 using your registered Card and fly between June 1, 2012 and August 30, 2012 to receive a one-time $50 American Express® Gift Card.

Note: The Amex/Delta deal is a targeted offer, and only members who received a communication directly from American Express are technically eligible to participate.
