I have to fight with Discover to get them to pay the cashback bonus. Can I file a complaint with the FTC? I made a purchase through ShopDiscover at 1800CONTACTS. With no explanation, Discover said I wasn't entitled to the 10% cashback bonus. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am having a horrible time with ShopDiscover.
