I applied for this credit card over this past weekend and received a reply on line that my application was declined for the following reason:  &quot;Applicant lives out of service area.&quot;  Unfortunately, I can see no where on their Web site or application where their service area is.  Seems strange to me...why did their online application even have a drop-down menu of all the states in the Union if they have a limited service area.</description>
